Bio: |
Dean McGlasson is the owner and president of Vesta Inspections, LLC. Dean began in the construction industry over 30 years ago as a framing carpenter and remodeling specialist. Since Vesta's founding, Dean has performed hundreds of residential and commercial property inspections throughout Las Vegas Nevada, including North Las Vegas, Henderson, Mount Charleston and Boulder City. During this time, Dean also served as a part-time project manager performing on-site property condition assessments for a large east coast architectual and engineering company. Dean has performed detailed property assessments, including life-cycle cost analysis and forecasting for many large commercial structures located throughout the US. These included retail shopping centers, multi-family apartment complexes, high-rise commercial office buildings, complexes and warehouse/industrial facilities. Dean has been an active and contributing member and volunteer with the local Southern Nevada Association of Professional Property Inspectors (SNAPPI) since 2004 and has helped the organization with it's goal in promoting training, education and professional standards for the more than 300 home inspectors located in the Las Vegas area. |
