MEMBERSHIP CLASSIFICATION QUALIFICATIONS & BENEFITS:

 

FULL MEMBERSHIP – $250.00 per year

  • State certification required
  • Carry full E&O & liability insurance
  • Completed fee paid inspection report
  • Attend at least 6 meetings a year for full educational credits
  • Be an active participant in S.N.A.P.P.I. business & education
  • Full voting rights & eligible to run for office

AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP – $100.00 per year

  • No state certification required
  • May attend meetings for networking & information
  • Earn up to 3 education credits per year
  • $40 for each addirtional education credit
  • Realtors, students, inactive inspectors, industry people,  & educators welcome
  • Not eligible to vote or run for office

  4. Enclose a copy of a completed fee paid inspection report
  5. Enclose a check for the appropriate classification fee or copy of your PayPal payment receipt
