SNAPPI’s Code of Ethics and Standards and Practices are dedicated to ensuring that all SNAPPI members are at the top of their profession, providing the best service, knowledge, and expertise to safeguard the public. That is… ultimately the driving force of SNAPPI: protecting the public.

Active membership in SNAPPI requires that an inspector be licensed, certified and also be in good standing with the State of Nevada Real Estate Licensing Division. This includes maintaining the educational levels and proper insurance coverage mandated by the State. Additionally, all SNAPPI Home Inspectors members must submit a sample report, which is reviewed for statute compliance and excellence in work.
