SNAPPI is governed by State law NRS 645D and NAC 645D, available on the State's website (www.red.state.nv.us). Las Vegas Property Inspectors must comply with those provisions.

SNAPPI is a State of Nevada approved educational provider for required CEU’s (continued education units) for all Inspectors of Structures licensees. All courses meet and in most cases exceed the standards of compliance with Nevada's statutes NRS 645D and NAC 645D. Monthly instructional meetings are offered to ensure that Every Home Inspector has the opportunity to excel in the profession. SNAPPI's educational mission is to expand the technical knowledge of its members through continuing education.

Additionally, many SNAPPI members are involved in government affairs and other local committees or organizations which help change current laws in order to better protect the public which our Las Vegas Home Inspectors serves. In addition to monthly meetings, SNAPPI provides activities, programs, and knowledge within the community it serves to better serve and protect the public.
